Community Safety Standards
At Wongo, providing a safe and trusted environment for our community is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that puts users, especially minors, at risk.
Child safety and protection
We have a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit the production, distribution, or promotion of such material. Any such behavior may result in account termination and reporting to law enforcement or organizations like NCMEC.
Reporting mechanisms
- Use the Report button on any activity or user profile to flag inappropriate content.
- Use the report feature inside a chat conversation if you encounter abuse.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "SAFETY REPORT" for priority review.
Moderation and enforcement
Our moderation team reviews reports and uses a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify and remove harmful content. Enforcement actions may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans for severe violations.
User accountability
By using Wongo, you agree to treat community members with respect. Verification helps build trust and supports safer in-person meetings.
